If the chart shows exact figures (like 256,483 employees), you can round reasonably. Writing "approximately 256,000 employees" or "roughly 256,500" is fine. You're being practical.
But if the chart already shows rounded figures (like 45% or 3.2 million), don't round again. Write 45%, not "approximately 45%." Write 3.2 million, not "around 3 million." You're creating inaccuracy that wasn't there.
