Which of these descriptions is accurate?

Option B is the only one that's fully accurate. It describes both the endpoint (convergence) and the journey (divergent paths). Option A ignores the fact that countries took different routes. Option C adds judgment ("outperformed") that the data doesn't support. The graph shows different trends, not performance ranking.
